HR Manager/OD (Manufacturing)-WI

Go where no one has gone before in this newly created position with a large manufacturing/logistics company in WI. You'll be charged with improving organizational effectiveness, increasing efficiency, and boosting company performance. You'll also support succession planning, career growth & development initiatives, and change management. You'll conduct workforce assessments, identify areas for improvement, skill gaps, and develop action plans to proactively move the company forward. You'll evaluate training plans, design new programs, and measure results. You'll refine the performance management process, clarify career paths that align with strategic business goals, and collaborate with company managers to build key competencies to ensure future success. Compensation for this position is 75-100K plus bonus. Relocation is available.

  • Bachelors Degree/Masters helpful
  • 8-10 years progressive HR/OD experience
  • Strong organizational/problem solving skills
  • Computer proficiencies--MS Office/HRIS systems
  • Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills
