Large manufacturing/logistics company in WI has an immediate opening for an HR manager with a strong generalist background. You'll be responsible for employee relations, performance management, compensation, training, employee recruiting & retention, legal compliance, HR policy development & implementation, and assist with all HR related projects throughout the company. Compensation for this position is 75-100K plus bonus. Relocation is available.

This is a hands on position. You will have direct involvement as well as a supervisory role in all human resources activities. This is a highly visible opportunity with empowerment to make independent decisions regarding company policy & direction. This position is not mundane--it has a lot of variety.   • Bachelors Degree/Masters helpful
  • 8-10 years HR experience/5 years supervisory experience
  • Strong organizational & problem solving skills
  • Computer proficiencies--MS Office, HRIS systems
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
