HR Generalist/Benefits Coordinator-IL

We have an immediate opening for a Benefits Coordinator with a strong generalist background in IL. As a member of the corporate benefits team you will support benefits & retirement plan administration for a global green technologies corporation. The focus of your activities will be administration of the benefit enrollment process including communications & enrollment meetings, assisting employees with benefits questions, updating the benefits system and interfacing with the payroll organization with respect to benefit changes & updates. You'll promote a positive work environment through coordination of employee programs such as the new employee orientation program, referral bonus program, service anniversary recognitions, and special events & celebrations. You'll also provide generalist support to corporate HR as needed. Compensation for this position is 36-40K plus generous bonus.

The right person for this position possesses outstanding organizational & time management skills and is a great communicator. You must be able to set priorities & meet multiple deadlines. Creative problem solving and strong customer focus are desired attributes for your success in this position.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or SPHR/PHR certification preferred
  • 3 years relevant work experience
  • Solid organizational & time management skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Computer proficiences
